A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Heritage of Hudson are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

"Heritage of Hudson provided phenomenal service and care for my mother after her stroke. Upon entering and touring with Lexi in Admissions, she kept in constant contact with help of my mom's transfer over. Meetings with Pam and the team were an essential component of communicating our weekly goals. Julie, Caroline, and Lis worked daily in therapy with mom to get her back to her baseline and were very patient and encouraging. In addition, Heritage of Hudson has a great calendar of activities and entertainment, and we always enjoyed their beautiful manicured gardens too!

Everyone, and I mean everyone, who came in contact with us was so warm, engaging, and supportive; especially Tiffany, Scott, and Barb. I wish I could name everyone that has touched our hearts and been a part of mom's care team. We felt that the team understood my mom, and I would highly recommend this home away from home."
