Heritage of Hudson Health and Rehabilitation Center is proud to offer an ultramodern, state of the art Aquatics Center with a Hydroworx barrier free entry pool. This center offers private and customized aquatic therapy that expedites recovery and mobility while enhancing circulation, cardiovascular conditioning, and reduces weight on joints. Our aquatics programming fosters improved strength, endurance, range of motion, coordination and balance that provides re-integration skills for independence at home. Residents can enjoy their Aquatic Therapy in a spa like environment, featuring private locker rooms, an array of Aquatic Therapy exercise equipment, and can even view their progress on a 42” flat screen TV with live underwater camera feeds.
